Start your application

You'll create an account first — your name, an email address, and a password. The application then asks which loan officer you are working with; choose the person you have already spoken with, or any name on the list if this is your first contact.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

From an application to a real conversation

Starting the application commits you to nothing. It gives Atlantic Mortgage the details needed to look at your situation properly, which is how a general answer becomes a specific one. If you are still comparing options, the mobile and manufactured home loan programs page covers what Atlantic arranges in Florida.

01

Create your account

Name, email, and a password — then choose the loan officer you are working with when the application asks.

02

Work through the application

The property, your income, and the basics of your situation. Save and return as often as you need.

03

Talk it through

Atlantic reviews what you entered and follows up by phone to go over your options.

TWO WAYS TO APPLY

Online, or on the phone

Apply online

Work through it yourself, at whatever hour suits you. Because you create an account first, you can stop and come back without losing what you have already entered. A good fit if you already know which home you are looking at.

Apply by phone

If you would rather answer the questions out loud, call (352) 580-6160 and an Atlantic loan officer will take the application with you. Same application, same questions — just a different way through it.

QUESTIONS

Before you start

What do I need before I start the application?

Just your name, an email address, and a password to create the account. The application itself asks about the property, your income, and your situation — and because your progress is saved, you can stop and gather anything you do not have on hand.

Where does the application actually open?

On Atlantic Mortgage’s secure online application at floridahomeloans.my1003app.com. It carries Atlantic’s name and branding, and it is where your information is entered and stored.

Which loan officer should I choose?

Choose the person you have already spoken with at Atlantic. If this is your first contact, any name on the list reaches a licensed Atlantic loan officer — the application asks for a selection, so pick one and that officer follows up with you. You can also call (352) 580-6160 and a loan officer will take the application with you instead.

Can I stop partway through and come back later?

Yes. Because you create an account at the start, your progress is saved. Use the Sign in link at the top of the application page to return to it.

Do I have to apply online?

No. Call (352) 580-6160 and an Atlantic loan officer will take the same application with you over the phone. The online form is an option, not a requirement.

What happens after I submit it?

Atlantic Mortgage reviews what you entered and follows up by phone to go over which programs fit your property and your situation. Nothing is decided by the form itself, and no approval is implied until underwriting.

Ready when you are

Start the application online, or call (352) 580-6160 and go through it with an Atlantic loan officer. Either way it is the same application.

No approval is implied until underwriting.
